Grant Proposal Preparation Services

eSolved offers three grant proposal preparation service options -- a 2-tier fee, a flat-rate fee, and a flat-rate fee for proposal assistance. You can choose the service that best suits your preferences and situation. In addition to the rates presented here, discount rates are available for government entities and non-profit organizations.

1. Project Development/Proposal Preparation - 2-Tier Fee

Because the true value in contracting with an experienced grant writer is actually getting funding, eSolved offers a minimal hourly rate for the writing of the proposals with the majority of compensation coming directly from the awarded funds. This option includes project and concept development, writing and editing. This fee structure is as follows:

Development/writing of proposal:

• $35/hour
• +3% of funding, upon award of grant
• $2,800 cost cap for most proposals (less than 25 pages)

2. Project Development/Proposal Preparation - Flat-Rate Fee

The other option for payment of proposal writing is a flat hourly fee. This fee structure allows clients the option of complete payment at the time of proposal submittal, with no additional administrative duties associated with fee payment. This option includes project and concept development, writing and editing. This fee is as follows:

• $55/hour
• $4,400 cost cap for most proposals (less than 25 pages)

3. Proposal Assistance - Flat-Rate Fee

For projects concepts already developed, we offer proposal assistance at a flat hourly rate. This option is most beneficial for situations where the client has already developed the major concept of the project and simply needs help in preparation and submittal of the grant proposal. Under this option, the client must provide the majority of the project plan in writing. This fee is as follows:

• $55/hour
• $4,400 cost cap for most proposals (less than 25 pages)

Optional Services

In addition to writing and developing grant requests, eSolved is happy to assist with other project aspects. Some of the tasks eSolved could be of assistance with include:

• Grant administration/required reporting
• Market analysis/feasibility studies
• Survey development and implementation
• Economic research and analysis
• Legislative research and analysis
• Management of project implementation tasks

Each of these tasks would be billed on a time and materials basis, with an hourly labor rate of $55/hour.

* All the tasks will involve supplies and miscellaneous expenses such as copying, phone calls and mailing costs. These materials will be billed based on actual expenses.
